Day Habilitation

Our priority at Triumph, Inc. is fostering an environment that provides concrete opportunities and encouragement for people with disabilities to develop the skills that they need to achieve their goals, reach and maintain independence, and live the life that is meaningful to them. Our day program is designed to provide the experiences that are meaningful and enriching to the people we support, with a focus on community integration.

To access these services, a person must be referred through their Intellectual Disability Program Manager through the Human Service Center.
