We support our individuals in developing and engaging in a social network that includes their family, friends, employers, provider, and any other organizations and communities that are important to them. Our community allows us to provide service without walls, and we intentionally give back in ways that are meaningful to our individuals and staff and promote community-wide collaboration and connection.

We foster an inclusive, family-oriented environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and comfortable voicing their thoughts and concerns. In order to do so, we literally leave our office doors open, encouraging everyone to freely engage in an office-wide flow of honest, productive, and fun conversation.
