Residential Support
At Triumph, Inc., we believe that everybody deserves the opportunity to live independently in their own home. Our residential support programs are designed to support people with disabilities in maintaining independence in their homes with intentional consideration of their personal goals, interests, and skills.

To access these services, a person must be referred through their Program Manager at the Human Service Center.
RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION
A program that tailors in-home support to meet the person's needs and goals. Support is usually provided daily, and hours and services vary.
INDEPENDENT HABILITATION
A program that offers minimal support for people living independently. Hours and services are fewer and less extensive than residential habilitation.
IN-HOME/RESPITE SUPPORT
A program that supports families, giving family members time to rest and recharge so they can maintain healthy relationships with one another.
